We are doing a survey on the list of things that ipod users find most irritating using their ipods and all the problems and challenges that they have with their ipod.
We are in the process of putting together an e-directory of answers to the problems that ipod users have and where they can easily get free or very low cost technical or other help online.
Of course this "ipod user's helpful e-directory" will not be very useful if we do not collect and provide answers to a great variety of challenges and problems that ipod user's have encountered or are having at present.
